The large side surfaces and the smooth roof of the series 152 embody the locomotive construction of the 1990s. This overall appearance gives the new PIKO model in scale 1:87 excellent again. Equally large value was also placed in detail in design and tool construction: extremely detailed engravings of the ventilation grids and bogies with excellent optical depth effect underline this. Technically, the model continues the proven line of PIKO constructions. The drive serves a vigorous mid-engine, two flywheels additionally cultivate the running properties and diagonally arranged pit tires enable the transport of handsome loads. In digital operation, the cab lighting can be switched digitally. The model is prepared for the uncomplicated retrofitting of a digital decoder as well as sound.
