COSMETIC CONDITION: New. Laser cut kit. Requires assembly and painting, glue and paint are not included. This kit provides sufficient parts to make TWO sets of finescale wooden steps, complete with handrails and a small upper floor area (see photo).  Although the steps are designed for a signal box, they could be used almost anywhere that requires a flight of  wooden steps and they can be easily modified to fit alternate uses.
